Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 days after receiving payment. We use trusted courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ekart, XpressBees, etc. You can choose the most suitable delivery option at checkout. It is more cost-effective to order multiple items together rather than placing separate orders.
Shipping Within India
- All shipments are dispatched from our Indian warehouses, ensuring fast and hassle-free delivery across India.
- Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 3-7 working days.
Shipping Outside India
- International shipments may experience customs delays depending on your country’s regulations.
- Import duties, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the buyer as per their country’s import laws.
Return Policy
At NITIN CREATION.COM we work hard to ensure you receive quality products from us if for any reason you need to return a product the following terms apply:
NITIN CREATION.COM offers a 14-day return policy on merchandise based on the following conditions:
Damaged Product Box
If the Customer receives damaged products; please refuse the products upon the original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify NITIN CREATION.COM immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of damaged products. Please notify NITIN CREATION.COM Customer Service at returns@nitincreation of damaged products WITHIN THE FIRST 48 HOURS of receipt. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for NITIN CREATION.COM to file a damage claim. Damaged merchandise will only be exchanged for the exact same product.
Non-Damaged/Non-Defective, Unopened Merchandise within 14 days of Original Purchase Date
- If you have non-defective merchandise which is unopened, we will issue an RMA and will give you an address to ship the product to at your expense subject to a 25% restocking fee or more, depending on the item, manufacturer policies, and circumstances. Return shipping to us is at your expense.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- The customer can claim the remaining as a refund if he/she does not require a product replacement.
Non-Damaged/Defective
We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and is not defective.
Replacement Policy:
- The customer is responsible for returning damaged or defective merchandise to NITINCREATION.COM.
- NITINCREATION.COM will not ship replacement merchandise until receipt of the damaged or defective item.
- All defective or damaged returns are subject to verification.
Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE POLICIES
Custom orders, bulk orders, volume licensing software, and other products designated as “This Sale Final”, “No Returns”, or similar language may not be returned.
